Tate waits for a turn on the red sled

We had a snow day yesterday. So did the boys’ cousins. The roads were pretty clear so we met up to go sledding. All five kids (and Hubz) had a great time!

  1. That looks like the most fun you can have under those conditions! 😉 But, I hafta tell ya – there’s a reason I live in California! Let’s just say I will admire your softly fallen snow from a distance. 🙂

    • I’m done with snow! We are paying for our relatively snow-free winter right now. At least the temps are “soaring” into the 40’s this weekend! Maybe I just need to come visit you in Cali to get away from this dreary, cold stuff!

  2. So does this snow day mess up state testing?

    • A little, Brooke. The “upside” is that the school district budgets two weeks for testing “just in case”. So, they’ll test an extra day next week. :/
