Mostly Wordless Wednesday

It has been a rough couple of days here, at the House of Hope. Right now, I feel more like it should be House of A Hard Place….yeesh. But we do have a few highlights…

Tate is giving Doc a piggy back ride…because she was tired from walking. (Yay for pretend play!!!)

A snoozing 3-year-old. Ahhhh….also, this serves as a “before” shot of his mop-top.

Pardon my messy refrigerator. I don’t have time for cleaning that right now…but we did find time to get the boys haircuts. Cole desperately needed one.

Pardon the lack of make-up…homey don’t play that card on days when she doesn’t have to. But I DID have to wear my Blackhawks sweatshirt today–tied for best start to a season EVAH!!! Plus, it keeps me warm and cozy on such cold days….and comfort is what I need right now.

  1. You know you get a big thumbs up from me for the hockey shirt. Hawks go for the record against Ryan’s Sharks on Friday night … uh oh.

  2. Such great photos. The one of you is really beautiful. I hope you get back to House of Hope again soon.

  3. Yay for pretend play for sure! Tate is adorable! And speaking of adorable – look at that cute little one on the couch. Cole is a true dolly-in either long or short hair. :)
    What’s wrong with the fridge? I don’t get it…
As for you, I know nothing about the Blackhawks (sorry!) but I do like the shirt! :D

    • The boys are pretty adorable..I must agree. :) Oh, I have so many papers plastered on the outside of the fridge..it’s like a file cabinet exploded!! :)

Thanks–the Hawks are fun to watch this year..and I love my big comfy sweatshirt!!!

  4. Your boys are just beautiful, and so are you!

I know things will even out soon, it just takes time. Hugs!
